Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the services provided by Michigan Cleanout C.R.E.W. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

We provide a flat-rate quote after a free on-site walkthrough. The quote reflects the scope of work we observe at that time. If the scope changes in a meaningful way, we will discuss any adjustment with you before continuing.

Scheduling and access

We schedule work around your timeline wherever possible. Providing safe access to the property at the agreed time is the client’s responsibility.

Items of value and personal property

We sort carefully and set aside items that appear to have value or personal significance for your review. Once you authorize the disposal, donation, or resale of specific items, that authorization is final. We are not responsible for items you have asked us to remove or dispose of.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Insurance and liability

We carry insurance and take care on every job. Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions of the property or for items that were concealed or not disclosed during the walkthrough.

Donations and resale

Where we coordinate donations or resale of items, we do so as a courtesy. Any values realized through donation or resale are not guaranteed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
